In order to send a parcel or satchel, after logging in, simply select Send > Send Item.
Your details as the send will automatically populate from your profile (see image below, fields on the left will under "Sender" will appear as the details you have set).
Then simply enter the receivers details in the right hand column (all fields with a red asterisk are mandatory). When entering the receiver address, the website will validate the detail entered, and can simply be clicked from the drop down menu, as seen below.
