There are three ways you can save contacts to your address book:
- To upload a file, see article: How do I import my address book?
- To save a few contacts, see article: How can I save a receivers address to my address book?
- To save a contact as you create a consignment, please follow the steps below:
While in the Send tab when you are creating a consignment, after you have entered the receiver’s details, simply check the Save contact to Address Book box and click Next. You will now be able to search for the contact using the Search for contact field and will not have to re-enter the details.
